THE HISTORY OF HONDA COMPANY

Honda Motor Company Ltd, Japanese Multinational Corporation, known as a manufacturer of Automobiles and Motorcycles, was found on 24th September 1948 by Mr. Soichiro Honda and Mr. Takeo Fujisawa. Honda in Japanese literal meaning is the root field of origin field.

Mr. Soichiro Honda

Soichiro Honda S/o Gihei Honda 17 November 1906 was born in a small village Hamamatsu in Japan, his father was a blacksmith and his mother was a weaving work in home. He purchases an old cycle after repairing his sellout in the market, and that was their family business. Soichiro Honda helps her father in this business; Honda was not interested in the study and school. 16 years Age he left school, then his full-time work in the garage with his father. Honda left his school a few days later then he sees one job advertisement in the newspaper, this job is a car mechanic engineer. Then he applying for this job, after applying for a job he goes to Tokyo from Japan, then after reached Tokyo. Then, looking at her younger age, instead of a car mechanic, was given the task of cleaning the car of saying it. But Honda can’t satisfy this work he was thinking of some innovation.

One day Honda told her company owner, give me permission for car mechanic work to be allowed to learn. Then the Company owner gives for permission, Honda learning started the field of mechanic work in company 2nd branch, whose branch mechanics makes an only racing cars. Soichiro Honda is the best mechanic in this company, and then a few months later he learns the full work of a mechanical engineer. After then, Honda's big engineer in this Company and the Company owner and other employees appreciate Honda work. 

Shokai Company

Company name Shokai, and Honda work in this Company. 1924 before he was not a popular company. But, 23 November 1924 Shokai Company Racing Car winning for Japanese all racing cheapens. Then Shokai Company one of the best car company in Japan every people like this company car models. This race-winner car mechanic only Soichiro Honda, then all credit received by Soichiro Honda. This race change for Honda Carrere, this was his greatest achievement. The Honda age is 21 years old, Company gives all right for this branch handover to Honda, he was run this branch. Then 1928 Honda left this Company, and then he returned to his hometown.

 Piston Company 

Honda starts a small workshop for car repairing. Then a few months later Honda closes this workshop and start own business he makes a car piston. Establish a small company. Then he starts selling for piston, and Honda visit different companies, the Toyota Company give for the contract of Honda, Honda sellout piston into Toyota. After few days Honda injured one-car accident then he admits four months in hospital. Then Toyota Company cancels the piston contract of Honda, and also told Honda provided us local piston product. After discharge from the hospital he returned home, Then Honda again starts his own work, now he lot of effort in his work.

Sept 1, 1939, World War II, then one big attack in this city then totally crash Honda Company. This time Soichiro Honda too confused and nervous, then World War II, Japanese country suffered a great loss, and after World War II Honda sellout own company then 1940, Honda start a (Honda Technical Research Institute). And Japan's stock market totally down, Country population facing big problems move one place to another place who can’t afford money transport issues. Then Honda launches a one small engine cycle, local cycle plus adding a small engine. This is the first product of Soichiro Honda every people like and purchase this product, price 1500 Hundred only, this was his greatest success.

The1949, Honda changes for his company name (Honda Technical research Institute to Honda Motor Company), after then this year Honda launches a two stock motor-bike, and since then Honda has never looked back. And they went on to make progress. By 1961, the company was considered one of the largest companies in the world. Then 1961 this company launches a 100,000 Motor Bikes in one month.

By 1963, Honda launches a first Automobile four-wheeler car at Honda Company (Honda S500 1963 MODEL), then day by day he increases four-wheeler car productions, by 1968 Honda Motor Bikes production 1,000,000. Beautiful shape and design, one of the biggest secrets to his success was that he worked with labor. And respect company employees and he never thinks of himself as a boss. He died on 5 august 1991, Age of 84 years. And so Honda Company Automobiles and Motorbikes all over the world-famous, Especially in Pakistan like Honda CD70 model, Honda 125 model and Honda GOLDWING DL 1800, Honda REBEL CMX 500 Bikes etc.
